Bugatti Veyron 16.4

Bugatti has officially unveiled the 1,200 HP version of their Veyron, the Bugatti Veyron 16.4 Super Sport, a supercar that already managed to set a new land speed record of over 431 km/h. The Super Sport now has a breathtaking power output of 1,200 HP and 1,500 Nm of torque, 200 HP and 250 Nm more than the standard model.
This impressive power boost was achieved by installing four bigger turbochargers and larger intercoolers on the 8.0L engine. After these upgrades were made, the chassis also had to be modified with a higher main spring travel, strengthened stabilizers and racing grade shock absorbers.
Over the weekend at Volkswagen’s Group’s Ehra Lessien track near Wolfsburg, Germany theBugatti Veyron 16.4 Super Sport managed to set a record average top speed of 431,072 km/h. The first time it went to 428 km/h while the second time the car reached over 434 km/h in front of a Guinness Book of Records representative who witnessed this new world record.
The top speed of the production version of the Veyron Super Sport will be electronically limited to 415 km/h. Pretty slow, right?
