Aston Martin Vantage V12

The Aston Martin Vantage V12 Volante is a beautiful car, with a very long name and a heavy attitude. It has been limited to just 101 units and officials even say that the production of this “weapon” will begin at the end of 2012.  First images and some details have been thrown onto the web before the official unveiling next week, so let’s take a look at what lies behind the long name :

The V12 Vantage Roadster has received a pair of carbon fiber side skirts, carbon fiber mirror caps, rear lamp black outer trim with carbon fiber inner appliques, black exhaust pipes and many many Aston Martin emblems with black background. The front and rear suspension has been modified ( due to the extra weight ) and now the car sits on 20 inch forged alloy wheels. The luggage lid looks different as well as the rear spoiler.

The interior looks smashing with those lower center console glass switches and the carbon/black trim detailing. Carbon fiber is visible all around on the center console fascia as well as on the gearshift base plate.

The car is “bite the back of your hand” beautiful, and Aston Martin has already started writing that list of clients for the Vantage Volante. Want it ? Hurry up !
