It seems that Lamborghini has big plans for the Aventador. The Italian carmaker did not dismiss the fact that future lineups could include both a convertible and a four-seat concept for the Aventador. According to recent reports, Lamborghini wants an extra pair of seats inside the Aventador in time for the Geneva Motor Show. The Aventador Roadster on the other hand is expected to be unveiled at the Swiss expo in March 2013.

Spy shots of a more spacious concept version of the Aventador have surfaced on the internet. Car Magazine notes that, while Lamborghini keeps further details classified, the Aventador GT could gain a longer wheelbase whilst keeping its V12 mounted amidship. Furthermore, according to Car, the back seats could be accessed by a pair of suicide doors.

Car Magazine also reports that the Aventador Roadster won’t feature the removable panel from the previous Murcielago and Diablo roadsters in favor of a folding unit similar to that on the Ferrari 458 Spider. As far as the roadster version is concerned, it will boast the same 6.5-liter V12 engine that outputs 690 HP – 515 kW and 650 Nm of torque. The GT raises an interesting point of view and it might break new ground in the contemporary automotive industry.
